What is the difference between express and traditional products?
Express products are those in which PPDocs, Inc. does not review the title
commitment or survey and is not responsible for incorrect input data or document
selection. Express products are available in seconds for downloading and printing.
This is recommended for the most advanced real estate professional or real estate
attorney.

Express Initial Disclosures
Users have the ability to produce initial loan disclosure packages online. After
filling out the necessary information, the initial disclosures are available for
printing in seconds. This is beneficial for those disclosures that must be given
at the time of loan application. One such express disclosure is the ARM Program
Disclosure which must be given at the time of loan application or shortly thereafter.

We have also designed the Mortgage Loan Disclosure Matrix. The matrix will allow
you to determine which disclosures are required for your transaction type and the
time in which they must be provided, a critical tool to help you stay in compliance.
Express Closing Documents
Express Standard Package is designed for attorneys that do not wish to purchase,
develop or maintain a loan document system, PPDocs, Inc. provides a web-based
solution. With access to thousands of up-to-date documents, you are sure to find
documents to meet your needs. Used by title and real estate attorneys across Texas,
our online document preparation system has been proven to be fast, accurate and
cost effective. This product was developed especially for attorneys in need of a
document preparation system, but do not wish to maintain a massive document library.
Express closing documents are currently available for conventional purchase/refinance,
FHA purchase/refinance, VA purchase/refinance, Texas home equity.
Express Legal Documents
Similar to our Standard Package product, only this option does not provide the entire
library of ancillary documents. Only Notes, Addendums, Deeds, Riders, Allonges and
Assignments are available with this product.
Express Aggregate Escrow Disclosure
When the need arises to disclose to the borrower the calculations used to establish
the initial escrow account PPDocs.com can help. With our express Aggregate Escrow
Disclosure, you’ll get the Aggregate Escrow Account Disclosure Statement and the
Calculation of Escrow Adjustment Entry. Simply provide the principal and interest
amount with the taxes and insurance information, and let our system do the rest.
Express Construction Documents
For clients who do not require assistance in preparing master construction loan
documents we provide an express product that saves the lender time and the borrower
money. If you are in need of a Master Residential Construction Loan Agreement, Guaranty
Agreement or Insurance Agreement this is the product for you.

eRecording
PPDocs, Inc. has teamed up with industry leaders to facilitate the eRecording
process for lenders and title companies alike. Acting as an aggregator for the many
counties and vendors accepting eRecordings, we've eliminated the need to sign up
with each vendor for every county that you want to record documents in.

Electronic Disclosure Delivery
Expanding upon our existing service, clients will now be able to email initial disclosures
to the borrower for review. The borrower will then be able to consent to receive
the disclosures, prove that they are capable of viewing a file in PDF format, and
easily electronically sign the disclosures online.
