Vice President & CFO, PPDocs, Inc.

Josh Patterson has been the CFO of PPDocs since August 2018. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Josh oversees DocPrep, Fulfillment, Sales, and Human Resources for PPDocs.

Prior to joining PPDocs, Josh was a Managing Director at MUFG for eleven years in its Corporate & Investment Banking Group. At MUFG, Josh was responsible for originating, structuring, and managing across the capital structure for both publicly traded and private companies. At the time of his promotion to Managing Director, Josh was the youngest to earn the Managing Director title. Josh also carried both his series 79 and series 63 licenses allowing him to advise on capital market opportunities. Before MUFG, Josh worked at BMO Capital Markets in Houston.

He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and the SMU Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas.
