Staff Attorney & Client Development Manager, PPDocs, Inc.

Shannon has been with PPDocs Inc./PeirsonPatterson Arlington office since January 2017. He has almost 40 years of legal experience. Shannon’s practice has been dedicated primarily to state and federal banking law and lending/banking regulatory compliance since 1998.

Prior to joining PPDocs, Shannon served for almost a decade. as Deputy General Counsel with the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. Prior to his promotion to Director of Strategic Support, Shannon served as Assistant General Counsel at the Texas Department of Banking. He also served as Assistant General Counsel with the Texas Bankers Association. He began his law career as a staff attorney, then partner, in a general civil law firm in Temple Texas.

Shannon received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law after undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama and the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a BBA in Finance.
